Service Description

This is a great service for those who are moving and would like to have their deposits returned to them in full, people who are moving into new homes and need an initial deep clean before moving in or out. This service does include cleaning of appliances(stove, microwave, refrigerator), bathrooms, floors, and dusting. *Note the price listed is a starting price typically for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units. Our move in/move out services are charged by the hour if it is a last minute booking the rates may be slightly higher due to scheduling. A minimum of 2 hours are required at 50 per hour. Depending on the condition and size of the space I may offer a package deal to save on cost.

Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is not canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled booking a 50.00 Cancellation FEE will apply.
